Sintering Furnace

Before the finished PTFE-cable can be wound to the bobbin, the PTFE must be sintered resp. cured by one time heating up to up to 500°C. In this production step the last remnants of the resolvent are removed. To avoid deformation of the cable within this preocess, the orientation of the sintering furnace is vertical. As our furnaces are modularly constructed the sintering route can be adjusted to the conditions of the respective premises where the line is being installed. The used heating modules can so easily be replaced, that in case of required repairs even the machine operators can complete this task. The high energy efficiency meets the requirements of today environmental awareness.
